Hi!

I’m Amy Thomas, a Stop Motion Character Animator and Motion Designer originally from Bridgend, South Wales. I have a passion for bringing characters to life, one frame at a time. Whether its expressive lip sync animation or creating interesting character performances, I love the challenge of making characters feel real, relatable, and full of personality.

I studied Animation at Sheffield Hallam University (2021-2025), including an enterprise placement year that allowed me sharpen my business skills. I’m always experimenting with new techniques and materials to make each stop motion and motion graphics project visually exciting.

When I’m not animating, I’m probably find me reading, crocheting soft toys, selling at markets or watching early 2000s Disney Channel shows on repeat (but let's keep that between us).
